FAQ: On income (Renta)

Then we leave with a collection of frequently asked questions with which our lawyers are the order of the day, and resolve any additional questions they may have.

  • What are the terms that I have to make the tax return?

Every year the tax agency launched its campaign in late March and early April this year (2016) the deadline to submit our statement begins on Wednesday 6 April and ends in June.   • How do I know if I have to declare?

  • How do I get my draft?

However by regular mail, you can receive only if you have confirmed the draft last year, has not accessed the Web page of the rent (Renta WEB), or if you have not made any statement.

If they do online, be aware that you ask an electronic certificate or an electronic ID, or Cl@ve PIN, or a reference number for the box of your previous year.

  • Does the balance of my statement where it is?

At the end of the declaration document one box that says Fee Differential this box is the final verdict of your statement. If the box is positive, the amount of that box will have to return to the Treasury. Otherwise, if the result is negative, this year the Treasury will return this amount, and deposited in your bank account within a maximum period of 6 months after submitting the corresponding statement.

  • What if I do not have money to pay for the result of my statement?

Fractionating the IRS allows tax debt in two installments. The first will be a total of 60% and the second the remaining 40% to 7 November 2016.

Furthermore if not possible to assume this payment, the Treasury allows deferred payment in accordance with Article 65 of the General Tax Law 58/2003.

  • What a cadastral reference is?

To deduct your home, the declaration will be prompted for the cadastral reference of your property, with that data management and know all the information may be included in the document.
